Grand Design in Chicago
Grand Design is confirmed to play at the Melodic Rock Fest 4. The festival is held in
Chicago, USA, on October 3-5 at the H.O.M.E Bar. This will be the first Grand Design
gig ever in the US. Other artists and bands confirmed for the festival includes: Mitch
Malloy, H.E.A.T, Stan Bush and Work Of Art, to name a few.

Grand Design News
The songwriting process for the new album is going great. 5-6 songs are made so far.
Lead singer Pelle Seather will join forces with Eric Martensson (Eclipse, W.E.T.) to write
some more melodic rock tunes.
A Grand Design tour of Italy in March, 2014, are being booked. There are more gigs in
other places coming up in 2014 so check back here soon for details.
New gigs for Rockbusters
Rockbusters have two gigs in Finland coming up this upcoming weekend.
The Fontana night club in Vasa on Friday, November 15. On Saturday,
November 16, we're playing at Stadshotellet (The city hotel) in Jakobstad.

Update
I did a private gig with Swedish singer/songwriter Lisa Miskovsky this past Thursday.
I'm doing one more gig with her this week, September 12, in Gothenburg.
Grand Design are in the prosess of writing songs for a new CD to be released in
September 2014. Recording starts in January, 2014.

Monsterous weekend
This upcoming weekend Monsterous returns to Pub Anchor for two gigs. Friday and
Saturday, June 21-22. The band is:
Andreas Novak (House Of Shakira) - Vocals, Per Schelander (ex-Pain Of Salvation)
- Bass, Mano Lewys (ex-Dynasty) - Guitar, and me on drums.
We play songs by Kiss, Whitesnake, Dokken, Van Halen and Mr. Big to name a few.

I am proud to announce that I'm the new drummer of melodic rockers Grand Design.
My live debut with the band will be at the Rock Out Wild Festival in Sorsele, Sweden,
on August 3.
A video for the song "Baby It's You" was made this past weekend. Recording of a
new album are planned for later this year.

Rockbusters at Friends Arena
This upcoming Wednesday I'm playing with Rockbusters at the new, huge, arena in
Stockholm. Friends Arena. As I've heard, Rockbusters is the first band to play there.
Rockbusters will also be back at Engelen, Stockholm, this upcoming weekend.
February 15-16.

I'm very excited to introduce my new band. Well, it's just for fun. I've put together a
Def Leppard tribute band for two nights at Pub Anchor. January 25-26.
The band is: Chris Laney (Laney's Legion, Shotgun) on vocals, Erik Mårtensson
(Eclipse, W.E.T) on bass, Robert Andersson (VaFan Jörni) on guitar, Johan Koleberg
(Therion) on drums and I will play guitar. This will be my first gig in over 15 years as
a guitar player. It's gonna be fun! LET IT GO!

ROCKBUSTERS
Rockbusters returns to Apollo Live Club in Helsinki, Finland, on January 4-5. We're also
doing some private shows at the biggest venues in Gothenburg, Malmo and Stockholm.
VA FAN JÖRNI
January 11-12, sees the usual return of Va Fan Jörni at Pub Anchor in Stockholm.
It's sort of a tribute to Journey and Sammy Hagar-era Van Halen.
The band features me and my friends: Andreas Novak (House Of Shakira) on vocals,
Anders Berlin (Shineth, Miss Behaviour) on keyboards, Robert Andersson (Burn) on guitar
and Per Schelander (Pain Of Salvation, ex-Royal Hunt, ex-House Of Shakira) on bass.
